2. In case of detection of hidden defects of products, the buyer has the right to provide a completed complaint form with a detailed description of the claim, photos of defects and seals of "OTC" within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (acceptance of the goods). Provided that the factory individual packaging will not be violated.
The deadline for consideration of the refund is 10 calendar days. After that, our specialist will arrange an exchange or refund procedure for you.
