EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

Exchange and return of non-defective goods:

1. Within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. The packaging of the goods must be intact and have no traces of opening, have a marketable appearance.
3. The product has not been in operation and there are no traces of installation.
4. The product has a complete set of delivery.
5. Any documents for payment are saved: receipts, invoices and other documents confirming the purchase.

Exchange and return of defective goods:

Important! Inspection for damage received during transportation is carried out by the buyer directly upon receipt (acceptance of the goods).

1. If a marriage is detected, it is necessary to contact a specialist by numbers +7 (4722) 41-73-28 or +7 (901) 990-39-48 and report the problem.

2. In case of detection of hidden defects of products, the buyer has the right to provide a completed complaint form with a detailed description of the claim, photos of defects and seals of "OTC" within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (acceptance of the goods). Provided that the factory individual packaging will not be violated.
The deadline for consideration of the refund is 10 calendar days. After that, our specialist will arrange an exchange or refund procedure for you.
