How are glass mosaics made?

A drawing is applied to the reverse side of the sheet material using UV printing. The sheet material is cut into chips of the desired shape and size. Next comes the most interesting process – laying out a glass mosaic on a stencil. When laying out a certain collection, unique ornaments are obtained that are difficult to repeat. After the mosaic is laid out, it is glued to the grid and sent to dry in the oven. Then all the parts are washed. The mosaic is packed on a substrate in a film, after which it is put into a box of 10 pcs. and they move it to the warehouse.
