Claims
If you found a fight, chips, re-sorting or factory defect in the order during the acceptance of the goods or within no more than 2 days from the date of its receipt, please let us know by mail partner@dct31.ru .
- write in a free form the essence of the claim, specify the full name, contact phone number
- specify the number of the invoice or invoice and the name of the goods on the claim
- send some photos of the damaged product, packaging and its quantity
- take a photo of the packaging with the factory label
- when delivering the goods in case of a fight, make a note in the invoice.
The period of consideration and response to the claim is no more than 5 days. In case of acceptance of the claim, re-delivery is made at the seller's expense no later than 14 working days, subject to the availability of the goods in stock.
Remember that claims for acceptance of goods after the expiration of 2 two-day period are not considered. The return of the goods of proper quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods.
